Since 2007 we have carried out exploration works over 200 license areas throughout Mongolia, and selected and retained over 80 perspective areas of varioues minerals such as gold, copper, iron, feldspar, coal, molibdenum, rare earth element, and construction materials. To date the company has discovered 17 deposits, including 5 high grade coal deposits, 2 deposits with 3.9 billion tonnes of thermal coal reserve, 2 gold deposits, 2 molybdenum deposits, 1 tungsten-lead-zinc deposit, 1 Cu-Mo deposit, 1 Cu-Fe deposit, 1 Li deposit, 1 feldspar depsoit and 1 lime deposit, and obtained mining licenses by having their reserve approved. At the moment various stage exploration and drilling works have been conducted in other exploration areas.

COOPERATION

Tsagaan Shonkhor Holding LLC is cooperating with 13 western and national companies in mining field now, including MMC Canada, Yu Jin Investment Singapore, Hansung Elcomtec Korea, Men Jin Li, Jin Gobi Mining Co., Ltd, FGPM Co.,Ltd, CCM Co., Ltd, Non Ferrous Co., Ltd of China and Remet LLC, Mangreat LLC, Burkhan Khaldun LLC and Dorniyn Gobi LLC of Mongolia.
We are implementing gold, copper, molybdenum, iron and coal projects successfully in cooperation with Yu Jin Investment Company of Singapore in 21 exploration areas. At the moment several major projects such as molybdenum, zinc and lead projects in Zavkhan and Khentii Provinces, copper-iron project in Uvs Province and copper-molybdenum project in Umnugobi are under implementation now.
Beginning from June 2010 our company has been cooperating with MMC Company of Canada on the 6 projects of high grade thermal and semi coking coal projects. To date coal reserve of 607 million tonnes has been determined and exploration work continues targeting over 1 billion tonnes. The company is seeking IPO on Toronto stock exchange in the nearest fiture. We own 40% of the joint venture.
In cooperation with Men Jin Li Company of China we have commenced underground excavation work to mine the vein type gold deposit in Zaamar County, Tuv Province since 2011.
Mining operation of the feldspar deposit with 1.2 million tonnes of feldspar reserve has been commenced since 2011 in cooperation with FGPM Company of China in the territory of Sukhbaatar Province.
A coal exploration project has been commenced since 2011 in the 40 km x 40 km license area located in the territory of Khongor County, South Gobi Province 24km to the west of Tavan Tolgoi giant coking coal deposit in cooperation with Jin Gobi Mining LLC of China.
Since 2007 we have been implementing “Altan Uul” Project in the territory of Gurvantes County, Umnugobi Province in cooperation with HANSUNG ELCOMTEC Company of Korea to identify potential gold reserve in four properties and so far 11.1 tonnes of indicated reserve of gold with 0.7g/t average gold content has been identified in one area. Further exploration operation is being conducted now.
A molybdenum and rhenium project has been implemented since 2008 in cooperation with a domestic company named Tsagaan Chuluut Ellios LLC in Ulziyt County, Khentiy Province and exploration works have been completed in one fourth of the exploration area. The indicated Mo reserve of one of the three mineralized areas was estimated to be 32,700 tonnes of Mo in 77,600,000 tonnes of 0.044 cutoff grade molybdenum ore. Detailed exploration work will be extended another 1500m to west to increase the reserve by 60,000 to 80,000 tonnes of ore bringing the total reserve up to 150,000 tonnes of molybdenum ore.
Since 2008 our company has completed rare element exploration work in three properties located in the territory of Umnugobi Province in cooperation with Remet LLC of Mongolia and obtained mining license. Our company owns 50% of the deposit. As results of 2007-2009 exploration work we have determined the origin, complexity of the geological setting and exploration drilling grid density of the deposit, and the indicated reserve of 14.4 million tonnes of rare earth element ore or 194.4 thousand tonnes of B category rare earth oxides and probable resources of 1.2 million tonnes of ore or 37,300 tonnes of C category oxides in accordance with mineral resources estimation method of Mongolia. Complex geological exploration works are being continued to upgrade the reserve of the deposit.
Beginning from 2009 we have completed exploration work of limestone deposit near Darkhan, a second largest city in Mongolia, in cooperation with Dorniin Gobi LLC and the design work of establishing a cement factory is well under way now.

The Dalan is a deposit with resources of 21 million tonnes of thermal coal with a nominal calorific value of 4,800 kcal/kg and an average stripping ratio of 2.15 BCM per tonne of coal. The Dalan property is continuation of Mongolyn Alt Group’s (MAK) currently operating Eldev coal mine which is connected by a 10 kV high voltage power line to Dalanjargalan County power network and by an improved dirt road to railway station #25 (OlonOvoo) of the Trans-Mongolian railway. On June 10, 2010, we entered into an agreement with Canadian investors to earn a 40% interest in a joint mining and development corporation set up to explore and develop a number of coal properties in Mongolia, including Dalan and Khotgor (947Ha) high quality metallurgical and thermal coal. Within the basin we hold "AlagTogoo" deposit northeast of the Dalan deposit and two other license areas where significant coal seams were encountered in drill boreholes.
